We operate according to Operational Excellence principles and independently implement Six Sigma improvement projects. We always determine the quality margins of a product in close consultation with the customer. This provides clarity for all parties and prevents complaints afterwards.
Injection moulding is automated. The product is checked using a ‘go – no go’ gauge. This is a simple tool that allows non-specialised employees to perform quality control inspections.
