A large tonnage of granulate is used in injection moulding. Everything is designed for 24/7 production. A central granulation system and dryers ensure a constant supply of material and the granulate is coloured through gravimetric dosing.
Thanks to our MultiMould hotrunner systems, we can flexibly adjust our production capacity. As demand for your product grows, we simply add more moulds. This smart, patented concept avoids capital loss.
We produce all kinds of items from all kinds of materials in our injection-moulding plant, such as construction items, shop displays and technical products from 0.2 to 3500 grams. We also make waste bins, lamp shades, design chairs and packaging with ‘in-mould labelling’.
